Friends, tonight I officially filed for the Office of Constable, Fort Bend County, Precinct 3. I take this very seriously. On my coat lapel I wore two pins. On top, my first military unit crest bearing the image of a horse with "Rarin' To Go" inscribed below. A symbol of duty, honor, service, country and state. Below, a law enforcement badge. A symbol of power and authority but more importantly a reminder of the trust placed and given to me by you, the citizens whom I serve.
